Access to this floor is exclusive to the guests included in your reservation. BOOK DIRECT Use our online calendar to check availability, select your dates, and review the total price and cancellation policy before booking. Reservations and guest messages are managed through Hospitable. Your arrival instructions include your smart-lock access code. SHARED COMMON AREAS The patio, terrace, barbecue area, small swimming pool, and bar are shared with other people at the property. These areas are not exclusive to your reservation. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure date. All times are local Miami time. ACCESS The accommodation is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. Please respect areas marked private or restricted and follow the house rules when using shared spaces. No parties or events. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas; smoking indoors is prohibited. Keep music low and respect our neighbors.

Clothing storage is provided in drawers and on clothes racks. There are no wardrobes or closets in the guest accommodation. Guests may use the washer and dryer free of charge. Free parking for up to 3 guest vehicles is available in front of the house in a parking area that belongs to the property.
